Our services are available to both residential and commercial clients in the San Antonio, TX area.

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by calling us at 210-215-3888.
• Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation based on availability.
• Arrival Window: We provide an estimated arrival window for our technicians. While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Estimates: Price estimates are provided based on the information given at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary upon on-site assessment.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment options.
• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in a service charge.

• Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or items that cannot withstand the cleaning process.
• Stain Removal: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Some stains may be permanent.
• Damage: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Access: Ensure that our technicians have access to the areas requiring service.
• Preparation: Remove fragile items and valuables from the service area.
• Pets: Secure pets during the service appointment for their safety and ours.

• Content: All content on our website is for informational purposes only.
• Intellectual Property: All materials on our website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Prohibited Use: Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
